JustFuckUs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available on or through JustFuckUs infringes one or more of your copyrights, please send a written DMCA notice containing the following information to our designated agent:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including the specific URL(s) where the material is located.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

JustFuckUs will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
